How fast will I see results?

Most users notice slower, finer regrowth within the first 2–3 weeks of weekly use, with visible reduction around week 4. Full results build over 8–12 weeks. Individual results vary with hair colour, skin tone, and how consistently you use it.

Does it hurt?

Most users describe a brief warm sensation — far gentler than waxing. Start on a low intensity level and increase as you get comfortable.

Is it permanent?

IPL delivers long-lasting hair reduction, not permanent removal. After the initial 4-week phase, occasional maintenance sessions (every 4–8 weeks) keep skin smooth.

How often should I use it?

Once a week for the first 4–8 weeks, then move to maintenance sessions every 4–8 weeks as needed. Using it more often than once a week will not speed up results.

Which areas can I treat?

Legs, underarms, bikini line, arms, stomach, back, and face (below the cheekbones). Avoid eyebrows, the eye area, and tattoos.

Compatibility & safety

Does it work on my skin tone and hair colour?

Easemate IPL is designed for Fitzpatrick skin tones I–V and works best on naturally dark hair. It is not suitable for very dark skin (tone VI) or white, grey, red, or very light blonde hair, because IPL relies on melanin contrast.

Is it safe to use at home?

The device only flashes on full skin contact, and adjustable intensity levels let you control every session. Always follow the included user manual.

Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We recommend consulting your doctor before using IPL during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

What if it doesn't work for me?
